Note from Military Summary 25 July 2022 The Ukrainians decided to bribe a Russian pilot to fly a Russian jet to Ukraine for their use. The contact was made, a large bribe was paid and the pilot asked how he would avoid Ukrainian anti-aircraft defences. He was told, in detail, which routes were unprotected and the locations of the defences. What they did not know was that their pilot was from Russian intelligence.
