Derren takes a group of professional people on what is ostensibly a training event. Using a set of conditioning processes he causes some of them, in isolation and entirely of their own volition, to hold up a security guard in central London.

Derren shows how ordinary, responsible and intelligent people can be conditioned to engage in aggressive and criminal behaviour.
